• Organizational policies (if used for work)
• Appropriate handling of sensitive information

2. Accounts and subscriptions

Subscriptions for individuals may be handled through app stores.

Teams and enterprise plans may be governed by separate agreements.

3. Decision-support and user responsibility

AI outputs and user responsibility – DataCaptureLabs provides drafting assistance and decision-support guidance. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving outputs before relying on them or sharing/exporting them.

• Health: educational support only; not medical advice
• Financial: not financial advice; users follow firm policies

4. Content and permissions

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant DataCaptureLabs permission to process your content to provide the service (including generating structured outputs and Assistant responses).

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Attempt to disrupt or abuse the service
• Upload unlawful content
• Violate privacy or intellectual property rights
• Use the service to generate or distribute harmful or deceptive content

6. Availability and changes

We may update features, templates, and models over time and may modify or discontinue parts of the service.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DataCaptureLabs will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
